Think HappyThink Happy: Book Review by Karen Salmansohn is an adorable, illustrated little book with 50 peptalks to read according to different situations you find yourself in. It comes with things to read when you feel grumpy, things to read when you’re stressed, things to read when you feel like a failure, and other moods or situations that fit into most people’s daily life.

Each of these little peptalks comes with a short paragraph about why having positive thoughts will help you be happier.

Each page also contains a gorgeous little watercolor illustration so the whole book makes you happy just looking at it. Think Happy is really just a small book to help you add more positive thoughts to your daily life to improve your general happiness.

This is a great little book to keep on your desk to pick up when you’re not feeling very happy, just to give yourself a little boost. I wouldn’t recommend reading it all in one sitting.

While none of it is groundbreaking advice, this little book is very helpful to cheer you up when you’re feeling down.
